When             When Picking up:    If you have scheduled grooming on the day you pick up, you must call first to make sure your Pet is ready; call after 1:00 p.m.  Remember to claim all your pets belongings.  When your Pet arrives home, let them settle in and relax, before you offer them water.  They will be glad to see you. We prefer to feed the kennel food, but if you choose to bring your own, please make sure it is in sealed, safe, containers, with your Pets Name and their feeding instructions on the container.

 Don’t bring bowls. (For example:  TIFFANY SMITH 2 CUPS 1 X DAILY or  2 CUPS 2 X DAILY) Be kind, and only bring enough for their scheduled stay.  (Not a 40 pound bag for a week. ) You do not have to bring bowls, or measuring cups. For your Pet’s Safety only bring toys and beddings that will be safe.  We accept checks or cash for payment.  No credit cards. THANK YOU for your consideration. We appreciate your thoughtfulness.


Delmyra Country Club for Dogs & Cats
Is located in Southern Rhode Island (13 miles south of the T.F. Green Airport)
From the airport, go south on I-95 to exit 9 (Route 4, South) Go five miles to Exit 5B (Route 102 West). Two miles on Route 102 & kennel is on Right.

Exeter is a rural community with about six thousand residents located in South County.  Delmyra is located on Scenic State Highway 102, 20 miles from the capital city of Providence, 75 miles from Boston and 135 miles from New York.  

Delmyra is accessible from anyplace in the 
State of Rhode Island within 45 minutes.
 

Things to Remember

When dropping off: Have your Pet wait outside while Human checks in with:

  1. Pets inoculation record. Mark all belongings

  2. Pets Luggage: If you bring their food, have the container marked with Name
    & Feed Directions.

  3. Pets medication (when necessary)

  4. Where owner is going (Place & tele number)

  5. Local emergency #

  6. Name & number of Person Picking Up
    Please Note: "We will not release a Pet to anyone other than the owner, unless approved at time of drop off and only to the person and date so designated by the owner at the time of drop off.
    Charges are figured by the day. (Day in thru day out).

INTRODUCTORY NIGHT'S STAY
By bringing in your pet for one free weekday night before your trip, you let him, her or them see how much fun we have with our "guests" and your pet will also realize that staying at Delmyra Country Club is a fun-filled way to spend one's time away from home.  

Most importantly, they see that they get to go back home, and that's very important.  Like a  child at camp, pets have a ball at Delmyra Country Club but also love their reunions with the family 
when they're picked up.

The free introductory night also puts the pet owner at ease and relieves a great deal, if not all, of the anxiety that first time boarders might experience.
